How did Aspen Sales Stocking program begin?
Aspen Sales, Inc. stocking program began in 2005 as a way we could help customers in the Salt Lake Valley area with inventory management. We were approached by a Major medical device manufacturer and asked if we would be willing to stock inventory locally and deliver to them on a weekly basis. Since 2005 our stocking program continues to grow annually and we have developed working relationships with several medical manufacturing companies across the U.S.
As a Medical Manufacturer what are the advantages of your stocking program?
As one of our customers, there are several advantages to our stocking program. This includes but is not limited to local inventory on hand when needed, weekly deliveries from our facility to yours at no charge, Supplier consolidation, and often times cost reductions.

Once a stocking agreement is put into place between Aspen Sales, Inc. and our customer, Aspen Sales, Inc. is listed as the supplier and we purchase directly from our source or the appointed customer source for that product. As the product is usually custom to the customers specifications, we do require in our agreement a minimum of six month commitment and blanket P.O. from our customer for the product we will be purchasing. We in turn will purchase the product and often times purchase six months to a year of it to take advantage of quantity price breaks from the supplier. We will pass that savings directly on to you our customer.
What are the Fees for providing this service?
We charge 10% to the total cost for providing this service. This 10% is often gained back in the cost savings realized in freeing up warehouse space, and the savings realized by us buying in the higher volumes, and passing that savings along to you. If you are purchasing a product line that Aspen Sales, Inc. currently represents, we are able to offer that product for 5% instead of 10%. All product is F.O.B. point of origin to our warehouse in Midvale, Utah. We will than deliver on a weekly basis or customer call out at no charge in the Salt Lake/Utah valley/Southern California area. We do provide this service to customers outside the Utah and Southern California area, but will need to charge an additional freight for shipping to your location at this time.
