Peelable Pouches – Clean peelability and visual transfer, leaving no fiber tear or particulate. All our film and/or foil laminations provide puncture protection and abrasion resistance. Chevron, corner peel, and custom styles are available.
Barrier Pouches– Foil laminates and pre-formed pouches are peelable and have tear open or zipper functions for sterile medical and pharmaceutical applications, providing excellent moisture, gas barrier resistance, and puncture protection.

Header Pouches– Made of Dupont Medical Grade Tyvek® for strength and bacterial barrier, ensuring clean visual transfer of coating which confirms pouch integrity and peelability with no fiber tear or particulate.
Zipper & Stand up Pouches– Various zipper styles, top or bottom load options, can be produced with bottom gusset, single or double sided gussets. These pouches can be reusable and perfect for bulk packed products.
Die cut Insert Cards- Medical-grade plastic, custom die-cut insert cards can hold one or more devices securely in place, eliminating the need for bulkier, more expensive packaging.
Rollstock- Comes in sizes ranging from 2″ to 50″ web widths. Custom Laminations can be tailored to meet any application or sterilization cycle. Both small and larger runs can be accommodated.
Autoclave Pouches
Autoclave Packaging-Variety of materials to meet the rigors of the autoclave. Unlike ETO or Radiation which can use a variety of more common packaging materials, the high temperatures of heat and steam require materials that can withstand in the area of 121° C / 250° F or greater.
Lidstock– Can be custom die–cut or supplied as rollstock. Available materials are compatible with ETO, radiation or autoclave sterilization methods. Lidstock can be printed in up to 8 colors.
